How to Clean Up Acne From Your Face

Arrrgghhh! There's an acne on my face! Maybe this is what will you say if you see acne appeared on your face. It's normal! Because almost all people around the world hate it when the found an acne on their face. Even, some of them think that acne is disgusting! Even embarrassing! Why? It's because acne will broke up someone's appearance. But don't worry! We can help you to solve your problem with acne.

But first, I want to tell you why acne can appear on your face.

1. Gene

Your parents send you a gene that contain information about acne. That's mean, if your parents transfer a 'acne' code to your body, so your body also will receive the 'acne code'. This is the first reason why acne can appeared on your face.

2. Food

Yes! Food that you eat also affect your body hormone system. There's a food that increase oil production on your body so the acne appeared.

Dust, smoke, free radical, or other kind of pollution also effect your skin. this is the biggest reason why acne appeared on human face right now. The big pollution close your oil's pore and make the oil flow jammed. The jammed oil flows called acne.

So, how to solve your problem with acne? Don't worry! We have a very easy and cheap way to you, so you can solve your problem with acne.

1. Rice Water

Mill rice until become flour, and add water. Firstly, wash your face with warm water, so the pore expands and the oil pore will opened. Next, wash your face with the rice water. Rice is very effective to carry up oil and lock it. Last, wash your face with water until clean. This way is very effective to clean up your face from oil, so slowly, your acne number will decrease.

2. Salt Water

Salts mineral is very good to kill harmful microorganisms that might be cause the acne appear on your face. It's easy to kill with salt water. The sodium chloride will clean up your face easily. Don't use seawater! It's different! Because in sea water, it might be contain more harmful substance that can make your acne problem worse.

3. Lemon

Vitamins and mineral in lemon is very good for your skin. The lemon extract also can carry up oil from your face. Use lemon juice to wash up your face, then clean with freshwater. Do it two times everyday. Trust it or not, your acne number will decreased.

4. Medical Help

Acne which appeared on your face is also a health problem. Visit doctors or medical center you trust and ask them to help your problem. Dermatological center also can help you. They will know how to clean up acne from your face accurately. They will give the best medicine and treatment. It may take cost, but that's health. Remember that health is expensive.

Advantage of Taking Bath with Warm Water

Almost all people who will take a bath in evening will choose this alternative : Use Warm Water. Actually, it don't give any advantage if we use warm water for bath in mornings, but if you use warm water in evening, then warm water will give you some advantage. What advantage you'll get from using warm water for bath in evening?

1. Relaxing
 When you already done all of your activities all day, your body temperature will increase. If you use warm water to end all of your activity, it will give impact to your head and your brain. Your neurons and nervous system would be relaxed. It have a relation with physics law. If the temperature of your body increased (but not to high), your nervous system will get expands and relaxed. Trust it or not.

2.Anti Rheumatic

Cold water will cause rheumatic to our bone if we use cold water for bath in evening. Better you use warm water. Especially for you who work until evening or night. We very recommend you to stop use cold water for bath. Remember, using warm water for bath in evening can decrease the probability for you being attacked by rheumatic.

3. Stroke

As we tell before that using warm water for bath can relax your nervous system, so you can think clearly. If so, that mean the probability you can get angry is lower, and probability being attacked by stroke is also decreased.

Those are some benefits of using warm water for bath. Remember, using warm water for bath was very good in the morning only. If you will take a bath in the morning, just use normal temperature water or cold water to get freshness for. Benefits of relaxing in warm water can only be felt in afternoon until late evening. When you shower with warm water in the morning, then the effect will be less positive than negative effects due to using normal temperature water in morning also have a great benefit for your body. How To Make a Natural Scrub

Scrub is a cream that you can use to clean your skin. To clean the dead cell. To give nutrients to your skin, so your skin become healthy. It's also can make your skin become younger and more healthy. Now, a lot of scrub product is available on market. But now, you can make your natural scrub by yourself! It's easy and cheap! You can find the ingredients easily! Here's some sample!

1. Oats and Turmeric

It's really easy to make oats and turmeric scrub. As the name, you only need is oats and turmeric. How to make? First, mill the oats, but not until too soft! Let it a little bit rough. Then, puree the turmeric. Mix it! Add some water, so the texture become a little bit same with porridge. Last, applicate the scrub to your skin.

The easiest way to make scrub is to make a sugar scrub. You only need 6 spoonful sugar and 3 teaspoonful of hot water. Dissolve sugar with hot water. Don’t until the sugar totally gone, but let there be not solved sugar, so you can use that to clean your skin. Wash with warm water until very-very clean. Than use towel to dry up your body. Sugar can keep your skin healthy and fresh.

3. Rice and Jasmine

First, mill rice, but not until way soft. Let there be rice that not turns into flavor. Next, add jasmine and blend it until become creamy. More jasmine, more smell. Mix and put in on your skin. Clean your skin softly and gently. Add more warm water to more relaxing ad add more smell. Clean your skin with this scrub and fell the aromaic sense. Rice is very good in removing oils and jasmine give the aroma.

4. Papaya and Rice Same, prepare the milled rice and add into pulverized papaya. Add the rice until the texture become a little bit thick. Use to your skin and wash with fresh water. Dry up your skin. Papaya will give nutrients and the rice will remove the oils. Very good for your skin.

5. Apple Sugar Scrub Make an apple juice and add sugar until it thick. Use to your body well. Remember to rewash with warm water until all sugars gone. Dry up and get fresh! The apple give a nice smell and give all nutrient that needed by your skin. Your skin will be fresh and moist.

6. Yam Carrot Scrub

All fruits! Yam will remove oil and carrot with their vitamins will give nutrient to your skin. Just use pulverized yam and carrot, then applicate it to your skin. Rewash and feel the freshness! Carrot also work as moisturizer and keep your skin young.

That's all about how to make a natural scrub by yourself. Remember, making your own scrub is better than using product that you can found in market, because it might be chemical substance there. Giving natural nutrient and moisturizer will give you more freshness. Good luck for trying!!
